User Agreement
Effective date: October 16, 2026
Last updated: October 16, 2026
1. Agreement and operator
This User Agreement is a binding agreement between you and Pevra regarding the Pevra mobile app and related services. By downloading, installing, or using the service, you accept this agreement. If you do not accept it, do not use the service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled and is part of how you understand the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Pevra. If your region requires parental consent for users under the age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must agree and review this agreement with you. You may not use the service if applicable law prohibits it.
3. Service and license
Pevra helps party enthusiasts log dress codes, themed outfits and props, packing and prep time, and post-event wear notes—organized as a chronological wardrobe journal so you can compare past looks, prep time, and repair to-dos. Features may change as we maintain the service.
Subject to this agreement, Pevra grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms. Family Sharing and similar access apply only as allowed by those rules. The app is licensed, not sold.
4. Data and on-device use
Pevra is local-first and works fully without an account. Your event cards, wardrobe items, photos, voice notes, coin balance, and spend ledger are stored on your device by default. You may export a JSON backup to save or move data, and import a JSON backup to restore it. Uninstalling the app or using “Clear local journal” permanently deletes on-device data—keep your own backups as needed.
For more detail on processing and deletion, see our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Use Pevra lawfully and respectfully. You must not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law;
- Resell the service, transfer access, or use it for unauthorized commercial purposes;
- Interfere with, probe, overload, or attack the service or others’ data;
- Submit illegal, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful content;
- Harass or threaten others, impersonate any person or organization, or misuse others’ information; or
- Circumvent purchase, security, or usage limits.
6. Your content
You retain rights in photos, outfit details, event information, and notes you submit. To provide and protect the service, you grant Pevra permission to store, process, and display that content on your device. Because content stays on your device by default, Pevra does not keep a server copy of your journal; deleting an item or uninstalling the app removes it. You are responsible for having the rights to content you add and must not import others’ images or private information without permission.
7. Purchases and coins
Pevra offers one-time, consumable coins through Apple In-App Purchase at prices shown before purchase. Coins have no cash value, are non-transferable, are not redeemable for cash, and are not real currency. Coins unlock productivity benefits such as packing/repair/reuse list exports, deep reuse comparison, reuse plan slots, photo slots, and local theme packs.
The app does not offer subscriptions, recurring charges, or auto-renewals; all purchases are one-time consumable in-app purchases. Apple handles payment and refunds under App Store policies; we do not control Apple’s billing decisions. Nothing in these terms limits refund rights you have under applicable law.
8. Intellectual property and copyright claims
Except for your content, intellectual property in the app, software, branding, and service materials belongs to Pevra and its licensors. This agreement grants only the license above; all other rights are reserved.
If you believe copyright infringement has occurred, email Pevra@gmail.com with: your name and authority to act for the rights holder; a description of the copyrighted work; the allegedly infringing material and its location in Pevra; your contact information; a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized; and your physical or electronic signature. We may remove or restrict access to material while reviewing a notice.
9. Third-party services
Pevra relies on Apple for distribution and in-app payments. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. To the extent permitted by law, Pevra is not responsible for third parties’ independent services, outages, or content, while remaining responsible for obligations the law places on Pevra.
10. Termination
You may stop using Pevra at any time and delete on-device data with “Clear local journal.” If you breach this agreement, create a security risk, or use the service unlawfully, we may suspend or terminate access to the extent allowed by law. Where practical, we will give reasonable notice before ending access.
On termination, your license ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including those on on-device deletion, completed purchases, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, disputes, and general terms—continue as needed.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pevra is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that any outfit, prop, or repair suggestion is suitable for a particular event or purpose. Non-excludable consumer rights under law still apply.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pevra is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunity, and is not liable for loss of on-device data. Pevra’s total liability for the service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid through Pevra in the 12 months before the claim and USD 50. These limits do not apply where the law forbids them (including mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded).
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify Pevra against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of this agreement, unlawful use, or infringement of others’ rights. This does not apply if the claim arises from Pevra’s own fault, or where consumer law prohibits such indemnity.
14. Governing law and disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws that apply to your relationship with Pevra under relevant conflict-of-law rules, without taking away mandatory consumer protections where you live. Before bringing a formal claim, contact us at Pevra@gmail.com; we will try in good faith to resolve the issue within 30 days. If unresolved, either party may pursue claims in a court of competent jurisdiction under applicable law. This does not limit your right to court remedies under applicable law.
15. Apple App Store terms
The following terms apply to the iOS app and form part of this agreement:
- This agreement is between you and Pevra only, not Apple. Pevra, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content.
- The license is limited to use on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s Usage Rules and allowed Family Sharing access.
- Any maintenance and support for the app is provided solely by Pevra; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price of the app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation; other warranty claims are Pevra’s responsibility.
- Claims relating to product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, and consumer protection for the app are handled by Pevra, not Apple.
- Claims that the app infringes a third party’s intellectual property are handled by Pevra, not Apple.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you after you accept it.
16. Changes to this agreement
We may revise this agreement when the service or legal requirements change, and we will update the “Last updated” date above. For material changes, we will try to notify you in the app before they take effect when practical. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised agreement (unless applicable law requires another form of consent). If you disagree, stop using the app and delete on-device data.
17. General
If a provision is unenforceable, the rest of this agreement remains in effect. Except for rights that cannot be waived by law, this agreement and the Privacy Policy are the complete agreement for the service. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign rights under this agreement without our consent; Pevra may assign rights and obligations to a successor when transferring the service, subject to applicable law and notice requirements.
